Hutsul cross stitch band designs, Kolotylo

Hello all, 
today i am presenting a page of Hutsul band/border designs. Hutsul style designs are very popular among many Ukrainians, especially in the western regions. The basic motifs and color palette have been diversified to a great extent among many Ukrainian embroiderers. 
These designs were published in a book by Ksenia Kolotylo, a well known Ukrainian embroiderer who was born in the Hutsul region.

This is an example of a schematic of the shoulder and sleeve of a woman's chemise.
This combination of geometric and floral designs would be typical of northwest Ukraine.
